Traveling the world has opened my eyes to so much. I am fascinated by other cultures, and the way people live around the world. I have been to 6 continents, and I will go to the 7th (Antarctica) in February of 2022. A lot of my picture books are actually based on many of the places I went. For as long as I can remember I have been obsessed with the ocean, and all of the many amazing creatures that live in it. I have swam with so many sea creatures over the course of my life, but one of my biggest dreams is freediving with great white sharks and hammerheads! I have cage dived with them, and both experiences were incredible adventures. I also want to one day travel to Norway to swim with Orcas (Killer Whales). I have also swam with Whale Sharks, Manatees, Sting Rays, Humpback Whales, Mako sharks, Sand Tiger sharks, nurse sharks, Reef Sharks, and I am sure more that I can’t remember right now ha ha.
